What makes me different as a therapist is that I don’t believe therapy has to feel overly clinical, performative, or disconnected from real life in order to be meaningful. My approach is grounded, relational, and deeply human. I show up as a real person in the room — curious, honest, collaborative, and genuinely invested in understanding your experience, not just treating symptoms or checking boxes.

You can reach me anytime via the contact page or email. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Please note: Email is not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent or emergency matters. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
